This is the second time Southern Dry Carpet has been to my home. We recently purchased a home that, I believe, had never been properly cleaned. Southern Dry Carpet came out the first time to clean area rugs. We called again to have all the tile in the house cleaned. It also included the tile around the bathtubs and the master shower. It was amazing the difference in the before and after. My bathrooms and laundry room look almost brand new. Incredible work and, as always, very professional.

Not only were these 12 year old carpets the cleanest carpets that have ever been cleaned from Southern dry carpet cleaning from always using Stanley Steemer & Sears carpet Cleaning but a whole lot better & was also told by southern that the carpets would be dry in two hours & he was literately true to his word & from the previous cleaning companies before I always had to wait to dry 24 hrs-2days so I highly recommend this unbelievably awesome company.

I loved how process was explained ahead of time, along with providing a helpful checklist of things that needed to be completed to expedite the total process. The agent was so careful to cover his feet when entering the house, along with protective covers on my wood floor, so the equipment would not scratch anything. I had 4 rooms done, and everything was dry in less than 2 hours. Once completed it looked like it did when I moved in 3 years ago, and this was my 1st cleaning since I moved in.

I have used Southern Dry Carpet Cleaning both personally and as a recommendation to our realtor clients. I recently had my entire house cleaned.....3 rugs and upstairs carpets in 3 bedrooms, office, bonus room and hall way. Southern Dry Carpet is very thorough in their cleaning process as well as efficient. For a rather large job, it only took a couple of hours and everything was left looking wonderful and clean. Southern Dry Carpet is my go to carpet cleaner at least once a year.

I think Southern Dry Carpet provides a great timely service for a fair price. If I had to give constructive feedback it would be that it would be nice if furniture could be moved a little bit. My carpets looked fantastic but you could see where the cleaning stopped due to a table or a couch being in the way.

Amazing how deep down clean the carpet was after service. The floors were dry very quickly as well. so it didn't disrupt the family.

They have got it going on! From the first phone call to the actual cleaning, the service was an A+. My den carpet was a salvage mission after my 100 lb dog brought in the SC red mud and rolled around on my white carpet. I just asked him to do the best he could with it. It turned out GREAT! I am very pleased. I have already signed up for the 6 month return visit to keep it looking that way (and banned the dog from the den). I also had a problem pee spot from said dog. I had cleaned it but the spot kept coming back. So far, the spot has not reappeared after Chad cleaned it. Chad is a very polite hard worker and has excellent communication with his customers. I very highly recommend him.

I called Southern Dry after finding them online and thought I would try something new to clean my carpets. We are selling our home and I needed them to look their best for the pictures and showings. I usually go with the traditional steam cleaning and thought I was always satisfied with the job until now....Southern Dry blew me away with how wonderful my carpets look!! Southern Dry Carpet Cleaning recently cleaned my carpets and I was very happy with the results. My house had been completely dust covered due to the replacement of hard wood floors. I can't even begin to tell you how embarrassed I was when it came to having company over. I have two young boys and an eleven year old dog who have absolutely no regard for my carpets and in the past few months have found them becoming stained with juices, paints and dog messes. Chad did a great job helping to clean the carpets and was willing to drive from Charlotte all the way to another county over an hour away. We also had a situation where the former owners were smokers and he definately helped to get more of the smell out of the house.

I was concerned about some spots and stains that weren't going to come out, but he took care of it no problem.
