Our carpets were exceptionally dirty. The process used by Southern Dry Carpet Cleaning restored the staircase, hallway, and child's room carpets to a like new appearance. Even after 6 weeks of activity on the carpets they still look brand new. The cost of the cleaning was more than reasonable and the technician was extremely polite and professional. I will be definitely be using them again. You have a loyal customer now. Awesome job!!

I've never had my carpet professionally cleaned before, but I contacted Southern Dry Carpet Cleaning and they did an awesome job! I was concerned about some spots and stains that weren't going to come out, but he took care of it no problem. We were able to get our full deposit back and I firmly believe a really clean carpet was a big part of that. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Great price and great service! I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Chad did a great job helping to clean the carpets and was willing to drive from Charlotte all the way to another county over an hour away. We also had a situation where the former owners were smokers and he definately helped to get more of the smell out of the house.

The only reason my rating was not a 10 is because of the abuse my tenants had subjected the carpet to. Chad saved me from having to totally replace the carpet. Outstanding!

I can't even begin to tell you how embarrassed I was when it came to having company over. I have two young boys and an eleven year old dog who have absolutely no regard for my carpets and in the past few months have found them becoming stained with juices, paints and dog messes. I've been talking to people about actually replacing my carpet with hardwoods but there was a reason I got the carpet in the first place and my home is quite large so replacement would be very expensive. Instead, I took to my 14K Twitter followers and asked for a recommendation. A follower of mine recommended Southern Dry Carpet Cleaning and I contacted him right away. Not only did he reply promptly, he booked me for the following day. He came to my home, gave me a more than reasonable quote (especially considering what I was leaving him with) and told me he just needed a few hours to complete the work. I went upstairs to watch football and happened to come down just as he was finished. I was stunned! I immediately called my husband and he remarked "Guess you don't need to replace the carpet after all!" We had company over the following day and they noticed the difference immediately and promptly took a card that was left behind for referral. I have already recommended Southern Dry on Twitter and to over 6000 of my Facebook Friends. I proudly stand behind his work. Thank you!
